These are the Privacy Policy provisions of BenitaSana. BenitaSana was developed and is operated by Assistenz im Alltag AG, Im Güggelchrüz 2, 4104 Oberwil, Baselland, Switzerland.

Assistenz im Alltag AG does not disclose personal data without your consent unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

BenitaSana expressly points out that restraint should be exercised when entering health-related, medical, or particularly sensitive data.

The entry of such data is voluntary and at your own responsibility.

BenitaSana assumes no responsibility or liability if users independently enter sensitive or health-related data and make it accessible to other users.

It is recommended to limit the information provided to the minimum necessary for the service.

Exceptions to Visibility

Providers

The following are not visible and are not published:

  • identity and verification documents (e.g., criminal record extracts, copies of ID documents)
  • internal notes from verification or review interviews

These data are used exclusively for internal quality assurance.

Customers

The exact address of customers is not displayed. Providers only see the approximate distance to the place of service.

Requests Made in a Representative Capacity

For requests created on behalf of another person, the name of the represented person is not displayed.

Photos, Videos and Logos

Users and providers may upload photos, videos and logos (e.g., profile pictures, service images, organizational logos) to BenitaSana.

These contents are visible to other users.

By uploading, you confirm that:

  • you have the necessary rights
  • all identifiable persons have expressly consented
  • no personal, data protection, or copyright rights are violated

Use in Social Media

By providing photos, videos, or logos, providers grant BenitaSana the right to use this content on BenitaSana's official social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) for factual presentation and promotion of the platform.

No personal data will be shared with advertisers.

Collection of Data Provided Independently

We collect personal data that users independently and voluntarily provide, in particular in the context of:

  • registration
  • creating requests or booking appointments
  • placing an order
  • consultations
  • contacting us (e.g., via email)
